Figure 1. IFNGR1 RFLP detected by Southern blot analysis of Taql digested human DNA. The two alleles arc identified by 6. lkb (Al) and 3.2+2.9kb (A2) bands in a .8% agarosegel. Lane 1: Al homozygous; lane 2: A2 homozygous; lane 3: heterozygous.
